Exploring my own Shoes ... somehow my walk , my way ... Being a woman is one thing . One important thing of originally two things. However, living in a global patriarchal dominance makes one thing dominant of another . A lifetime struggle of women resilience for being the one thing they are Women . All the resilience of being a woman is another ONE thing . For being a Moslem woman is another thing . Being a Moslem woman living in an Occupied land is definitely a totally other thing. What if you add divorce to this ? Being a Woman, a Moslem , a Palestinian and Divorced … makes the introduction to living in my shoes… Living in a Shoe of a Woman. PS. English is not my first language.. I know I often need to edit , however, there is something in the power of the 'click send' button.. ever since I did it the first time .. I enjoy clicking directly from my heart...unedited...

    1. it is .. even though , it was a bit of controversial that this was an australian production ,and shortly the australian government made an unprecedented statement declaring jerusalem as an unoccupied city …

      1. Unfortunately we have a government who is totally unrepresentative of so many of our population. The government got in because the opposition (then in government) went into self-destruct, with the hep of the media. Our Prime Minister’s popularity is thankfully very low and this should reduce his term in office. His views are extreme on many fronts and should not be seen as the views of the majority of Australians. I’m hopeful in the ever increasing membership of the Green party here 🙂

  1. I don’t want to pay for this, not my tax dollars. I wish Americans would wake-up. But, sadly I don’t see that happening. Americans are under a spell, a curse, or just too self-absorbed to care about anything of any importance. My heart to the Palestinians.

    Peace.

  2. It’s nice to see the other side of the story. Not many stories like this in U.S., where the press seems to ignore these kinds of tactics of the Israeli military. This is the first time I’ve become aware of this systematic terrorizing of children. Thanks for putting this documentary on your blog.
