Al qatrawani is a very interesting shrine in Atara , close to Birzeit. The name of the place is related to a religious character who came from a village called qatra interestingly the place sits on a bizantine church that might be affiliated with saint catherina. Which makes it likely that the name was Arabized to qatrawani. The name is also linked to the word drop of water and it a also said that the place is affiliated with local prayers to ask for rain
